If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Catalyst program is subject to its own application process and terms. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Outcast Ventures reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Additional terms may apply to participants accepted into the program.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from Outcast Ventures. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in any email we send. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
